I’m lazy. If I find an easy recipe on Pinterest, I try to make it even easier! That was the case with this meatloaf. The pin took me back to this recipe from Dancing Through the Minefield. With only four ingredients, I didn’t think it could get any easier. But it did…

I turned it into a crock pot recipe! Come on – based on my previous recipes shares, you had to know that was coming, right? If I can put it into the crock pot early in the morning and leave it – I’m one happy lady!

So here’s my spin to create Crock Pot Stuffing Meatloaf.

It is truly just four ingredients, plus whatever seasonings you want to include. So grab a pound of hamburger, one egg, one cup of water, and one package of stuffing.
If you want to be even easier (and lazier!), line your crock pot with tin foil. It makes clean up a breeze! We use this little two-quart crock, and it’s great for just the two of us.
Mush everything together. That’s it!
Smush everything into your lined crock pot.
Bake on low heat for 6-8 hours. Or cook on high for about 4 hours.
This is one of the only crock pot recipes that I have to watch closely because it burns. So for those of you who aren’t home during the day, I recommend making this on a Saturday the first go around. That way you won’t burn your supper!
See how easy clean up was? We just threw the tin foil in the trash, and the crock just needed a good wiping. No scrubbing!

Doesn’t this look just amazing? When I make meatloaf in the oven, I always add a ketchup topping. With the crock pot version I wait until it gets on my plate. It’s not very different. YUM!
Here’s the photo recipe for those of you who want it all in one place. Just print and enjoy!
There you have it! I’ll be sharing more recipes as we go forward – because you know I love sharing my lazy cooking habits with all of you! But – in the meantime – leave me some easy recipes in the comments below!

Oh, yum. I love the flavor stuffing adds to meatloaf. One of my favorite additions is carrots, they add a bit of sweetness.
