Announcing Your Pregnancy to CoWorkers

The hubby and I waited until after the first trimester to tell our families we were expecting. After we told them, we waited until after the next doctor appointment to make our announcement to extended family and friends via Facebook. However, due to the fact that we aren’t friends with our coworkers on Facebook – we had to find another way to tell them. This.was.HARD!

How do you tell your coworkers you are going to have a baby? Being the “boss” at work, I didn’t want to tell one person and have them spread the word for fear that someone would be upset I didn’t tell them personally. So….I did what any rational person would do — turned to Pinterest! ๐Ÿ™‚ That’s when I came across this great idea from Sullivan Steals.
It was a hit! Some people had to read the note 2-3 times to “get it”, but then the congratulations really started pouring in! We received so many compliments on announcing the pregnancy in a fun, creative way.
Now it’s just a waiting game for our little bundle of joy!
